Participants are to arrive in time for an introductory meeting and reception at 6pm on Saturday, 26th July and leave their accommodation by 10am on Sunday, 2 August. Aberystwyth MusicFest advises all Summer School applicants to take out personal insurance against cancellation due to ill-health or other unforeseen reasons. If a cancellation has to be made a proportion of the fee will be refunded in the following way; If cancellation is made 8 or more weeks prior to the Festival: 100%, between 4 and 8 weeks, 50% less than 4 weeks, NO REFUND. Aberystwyth MusicFest reserves the right to cancel any course if insufficient applications are received to make it viable.
